Focus Groups

To effectively foster energy flexibility innovation, it is essential to establish strong upstream engagement with key actors, communities, and organizations. This involves creating open dialogue channels to gather stakeholders' input and address concerns, building relationships to foster collaboration, and identifying opportunities for joint action. To address this need TRINEFLEX established the Energy Flexibility Innovation Focus Groups with the participation of experts in the 3 countries where its piloting activities are occurring, namely Spain, Italy and Greece.

The groups serve as vital hubs for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and partnership-building. They facilitate the dissemination of information, the sharing of expertise, and the identification of synergies that drive the rapid development, implementation, and adoption of innovative energy flexibility solutions. By bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders, including industries, utilities, government agencies, businesses, research institutions, and civil society organizations, they promote cross-sectoral collaboration. This inclusive approach not only drives innovation but also facilitates the creation of holistic and impactful solutions that can address effectivelly the evolving challenges of energy flexibility.
