Miguel Miñano Núñez is an Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, with a Master’s degree in Industry 4.0 and an Executive MBA in Business Management.
From 2005 to 2015, he worked in the construction and industrial sectors, spending the last five years at a technological center focused on construction minerals. He began his career in R&D project management in 2010 and has since been involved in innovation and technology initiatives across various sectors, including smart cities, waste management, accessible mobility and building.
Since 2022, he has been serving as a Project Manager at MIWenergia, leading innovation projects related to the energy transition, with a focus on renewable energy generation, energy flexibility, and demand response.
As of 2025, he holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at MIWenergia, where he coordinates the team responsible for both R&D initiatives and technological innovation projects with direct implementation in real-scale market deployments in the energy sector.
