Alexandros Salpingidis is a Dynamic operations executive with over a decade of leadership experience driving industrial transformation across global manufacturing and supply chain networks. He holds a proven track record in reducing environmental impact, advancing clean technologies, and embedding sustainable practices at scale. As Chief Executive Director of Operations at Alumil, he leads end-to-end operations across a global network of 23 factories and warehouses, steering major sustainability initiatives to improve safety, reduce energy consumption, and enhance resource efficiency. He previously served as Group Supply Chain & Production Director, where he restructured logistics networks to cut emissions and cost-to-serve while elevating customer satisfaction and working conditions. Earlier, as Group Production Director, Alexandros Salpingidis spearheaded the integration of AI and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, significantly reducing our energy footprint and operational costs. Under his leadership, the division—spanning 5 countries and nearly 1,000 staff—achieved marked improvements in performance, quality, and environmental compliance.
